ANDY BROIDO: Andy Broido is known world-wide as a leader in the Aquatics Industry. Her expertise spans over 45 years of experience in the Aquatic Industry.
Swimming has always been a passion and focal point of Andy's life. By the age of 12, she became a swim teacher for a Summer camp in Vermont. She went on to become a YMCA director in Westport, Connecticut. In 1974, Andy moved to California, where she was a coach for a number of local swim schools and then started her own private swim school in Orange County, California, USA. By 1985, Andy moved to South Florida to be the Director of Mission Bay facility. This facility closed in 1991, however she continued the swim school from this facility and founding it under the new name, Quality Swimming.
After twenty six years in 2011, Quality Swimming was sold as Andy founded and launched Swimconsultant.com, a leading and full service management and consulting firm to the swimming community both in the USA and Internationally. Her consulting firm specializes in Swim School Assessments, hands-on Implementations of Curriculum Development, Systems Management and Staff Training. She is a member of and presenter for multiple USSSA's conferences. Her industry service and memberships include:

Debbie is a world-renowned leader in Infant and Toddler Aquatics. She is married, a mother of 2 and stepmother of 3 from Portland, Oregon, USA. Debbie founded DolFUN SWIM Academy in 1994 and has over 30 years of retail business and marketing management, education and consulting experience. In 1995, she attended her first United States Swim School Association (USSSA) conference and is an elected member whom sits on the USSSA Infant Toddler Committee since 2009. As a Director and Instructor for the USSSA Infant Toddler Training Education Course, Debbie loves sharing, exchanging knowledge and teaching teachers to teach. Debbie has shared her knowledge as a presenter at conferences in England, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Philippines, Singapore and the USA. Debbie supports and incorporates holistic, multi-faceted, child development approach to her Aquatic Educational programming for all ages from pre natal, birth, infants, toddlers, preschool, elementary, special needs and beyond to seniors.

Tracie was born and raised in the Bahamas where she began swimming competitively beginning at age 5. she came to Florida for college where she began working for Quality Swimming in 1995. After graduating with a teaching degree and one year in the classroom, the water called her back. Tracie has a passion for spreading the word about Water Safety.
